Manicures are cheap here in downtown portland... ony 25 bucks and I dont get any smelly lotions...i am in and out within a half hour. When i travel I get very dry skin in airplanes so I have to get manicures alot and I have to lotion or else my skin cracks around the nails. I must shave everyday, even though I cant really grow facial hair, but my eyebrows are a must. Japanese are very visual people and they love to be with people that look good, makes them feel important.

I am not good looking enough to be a model, but I am just good enough looking to impress japanese into investing in biomedics!

Oh yeah, and the woman that owns the boutique I go to is also japanese from tokyo-area so it is nice to talk to her to keep from forgetting the little words i hardly ever use.

 

Can't say I've ever had a manicure, I'm not saying its girly but it's just weird to me to have someone picking @ my fingers.

i bite my nails before they get long at all. I pluck my eyebrows thoguh ever since my last girlfriend complained about it. And i got some gnarly nose hairs that i MAKE my girlfriend cut. lol she always complains about it, so i just tell her "if you really dont like it that much, do somethin about it!" so she pins me down and cuts them. lol this Off Topic stuff is nice though, it shows that all these Civ-heads have a soul and they dont just eat cam gears and lugs nuts for breakfats lunch and dinner lol

i mean i have never gotten one but, i don't work with people one daily basis. I worked for a company were you saw clients everyday i would have to say looking nice would have to be top priority. I mean last sat i went into work with a 5 o'clock shadow. but i sit and stare at my cubicle all day long.

sorry bros there is a difference between having soft hands and getting a manicure. If u lotion ur hands ur cuticles shouldn't fray or look "ugly"

I deal w/clients a lot and I have to not only sell my work, but also myself. Clients dont look at ur nails and cuticles, they may notice softer hands when shaking them, but that's about it.

So stop lying about y u get mani...and just say u enjoy them
