Default Goodbye Honda

Im giving up on my 97 civic..Its such a piece! the window fell into the door and the same day the stock side skirt fell off!

I lookd at the new civics..and I just dont understand why there still putting in sohc motors in the ex,,and u think with the si..they would have jumped up the tourque!but they didnt..! And the RSX is too overpriced! So I think Im done with honda ,! Plus I live in houston and I see a Civic every 1.2 seconds..Always trying to race me in my 97 honda civic dx..that is wreckd in the front!

So tomo Ill be at the scion dealership look n at a TC..

i'll buy a car off of you if you can get your hands on a 92-95 EG hatch...preferably black or white. its hard to find civics where i come from.

tCs are actually very nice cars. you wont be dissapointed if you get one.

Enjoy the Scion and the underpowered 2.4L engine. The SI is faster, it has a smaller engine but puts out 193 TO THE WHEELS and torque comes from HP.

Toyotas aren't bad cars, they pretty reliable but they handle like **** (Corolla). I'd take a Honda over a Toyota any day (other than the Supra maybe)

A 97 civic is after all 10 years old. Things do happen to old cars, even hondas. I'll bet you get another honda after you have driven something else for awhile. I drive a 91 honda hatch. Paid 1200.00 for it and for the first three months it seemed like everything was going wrong. I replaced two struts, battery, waterpump, timing belt, radiator,ac condenserand retrofit ru34 coolant, ignition switch, leather seats out of a wrecked integra, old ones were ripped, wipers front and rear. Now it runs fine and has no problems. I expect to drive it for 5 years with no further problems. ( front end, axles, brakes and tires were just done before I bought it)
