Alright, so my mom works at the County Sheriff's office and deals with all the Local, County and local State cops. So I'm talking to her on the phone and she's into cars and stuff so I was telling her how I put new shift bushings and all that in there to stop the rattleling. And she's like "all the guys at work say you need an exhaust and turbocharger now." I was like hm, a bunch of cops saying I need an exhaust and turbo... sounds good to me.

Little do they know that turbos are not allowed in my car... I have something else in mind for 'em.[sm=devilgrin.gif]

 

thats one thing i dont like about cops, there biased... they will take it easy on you, but mabie not others. like letting trucks go, and not cars. or old cars and not new cars. but i guess everyone is biased.

 

It's a set up man, don't fall for it!!! Some cops are cool like that though. Sometimes they give you a break and sometimes they stick you with the maximun penalty. I hate it when they say "cool car" and give you a ticket anyway. [:@] Not cool enough I guess...

 

why are turbo's not allowed in your car?, personal preference? you have a 99 EX dont you?

turbos dont go well with OBD2, so it would be agenst the law to downgrade to OBD1 or 0. or to have a check engine light.

What if you flash the PCM? COuldn't the PCM then run with the turbo?
