My wife and I stayed at JW Marriott in cancun.... absolutely incredible... there is also the CasaMagna Marriott hotel right next to it, it is cheaper but still an amazing hotel with an INCREDIBLE pool. It all depends on what you're hoping to spend, though... you can get a really good all-inclusive deal for CasaMagna for 3500 and that is for 9 days which is a steal! The best part is that you can also use the same facilities as the JW Marriott (except interchange your meals).... I know it is a great deal because I planned our next vacation to CasaMagna for August 19th this coming summer....

For christmas I had surprised her with a cruise we were going to take just a couple weeks ago but we had to cancel the whole thing because of a family member (my grandma is dying)... but I am making it up to her by taking us back to Cancun. Way nice place and the lobby alone in both the JW and CasaMagna are enough to blow your mind

That is the ultimate lock down, fly your mom down!! It will cost less to fly her down then to have 2 weddings, thats soo hard on the wallet.

I would, but my mom's a white knuckle flier...I'd be worrying whether she got a lil rambunctious on the plane, freaked out inflight, or got carried off the plane!!! Seriously!!! I was 8 or something the last time I flew (from Washington to California...a 2 hour flight) and my arm was LITERALLY bruised where she held it the whole flight!!! hahaha!!! I'd rather not put her through that! Thanks for all the congrats too!!!
