I assumed, bench is the standard lift everyone talks about. Reppin 225 15 times would put your one rep at around 370. Pretty good.how old are you.

footballl season i was squatin 312 and benchin 3 sets of 185....which is good cuz i only weighed 160 lbs5'9" lol i havnt hardly moved since then and went to the gym yesterday, had trouble with 3 sets of 150...its kinda frustrating how fast you can lose all your strength, and the long time and hardwork it takes to get it back......if you can get into a good mindset though....you can become one of those gym warriors there everyday lol....i dont have that motivation though : (

im 6' and weigh 165lbs naturally and when im taking creatine and NO2 it hangs in the mid 170's, my body fat % is 7.6... which is what im most proud of

being in good physical shape keeps you engergized happy and attractive to the opposite sex...its definatly worth the hour and a half 3 or 4 times a week

I personally am 5'8 and 130 lbs, I lift around 5 times a week or so depending on the week and how many times I can get to the gym. I also supplement with whey protein every day.

It's good to be in shape, so you have to just work hard at it.

I am 5'7 150 lbs. About a year ago I was up to 160, lifting every day, drinkin whey protein throughout the day and putting on a lot of muscle. Then last summer came and I got completely lazy and haven't gotten into a routine since. I need to start again. I'm trying.
