Our last mayor supported stiffer penalties for Quality of Life crimes. He cleaned up the streets of panhandlers, widgie window cleaners and homeless and mentally disable people.

If you were one of these, you would run away from law enforcement, they had orders to pick you up and take you to a shelter whether you liked it or not.

Now, with this new mayor, it's not a priority so again the public has to put up witht he lowlifes of society harrassing us for change when theres food, bed and shelter down the street.

 

it's not to funny when ya think about it, they doped one of the boys i was with (jonathon) on drugs so badly he couldn't even walk, he somehow remembered he had the right to refuse them, and he did and few days later they discharged him, any and all mental hospitals are just a bad place
