halo 3 has just been announced that it will be released on 11/1/07 wow that is a long way away.

regular edition will be $59.99
Collectors edition will be $69.99
and legendary edition which will include a helmet replica in which master chief wears will be $99.99 and will avaible for the xbox 360.

i've never been a halo fan because i never had xbox.

Microsoft kills Sony, the PS3 will sink due to price, and that it doens't offer anything that the 360 doesn't other than blue ray...which the 360 has a high definition dvd player anyway. Sony also stole attributes of the nintendo wii and incorporated it into the PS3, so its not even an original system. Sony knows that Microsoft is bending them over, and manhandling them, so they're trying to do whatever it takes to come out on top....which isn't going to happen. Save yourself the money and go buy the better sysetem, its cheaper, better gameplay, and has way more funding backing it for advancements. Not to mention they don't have to steal from other companies to try and stay on top...

 

yeah and plus, microsoft now owns like all of the developers...the only one who hasnt sold their soul to microsoft is kojima...and i really wish he would...

 

I currently have ps2 but for christmas I think I am going to buy myself the 360 with a few accessories like the wireless headset and the cooling fan to go on the back and live membership and a few more goodies. I love halo 2 though I play it alot at friends houses and halo 3 should be that much more amazing!

 

Be careful with the cooling fan, there is many sites that have warnings against it. The 360 is powerful, but the fans pull a lot of energy from it and cause it to malfunction and its componets inside. And even though its a licensed product, it still voids the warranty (so i've heard) if the fans are what has caused malfunctions to the system. I personally would not get one because they are only useful if you have the 360 in a very inclosed place, if its out in the open I wouldn't worry about it. Its not worth ruining a system over, and thats why microsoft themsevles have not created a fan for the system.

Sony will win the fight, believe me... the Japanese have no interest in the xbox360... they still choose the original playstation over the 360! While nintendo rules in the handhelds... the playstation will win in big systems
