Thanks again everyone. The builder has been in business for over 20 years and puts a lot into his homes. We compared homes around this size and price and they don't have near the special features he includes. He's built homes all over OKC metro and Edmond and has a spectacular reputation. I'll get a few more pics up soon...

Your house is nice. It looks kinda like the 600K houses in my area, but those are brand new and the area isn't cheap. It looks like your house is the only one in the area.

 

Sacicons, price was $117,500. I'm private and I never really discuss this kind of thing, but it seems less personal on the web. Don't know why.... ???

Agent of Darkness, there are about 20 homes currently being built or recently finished in the developing area. I think the survey allows between 30-40 half acre lots. Cost of living is dirt cheap in Oklahoma compared to most states. A $600k home in Oklahoma is basically a mansion. You could easily build a very high quality 5000 sq. ft. home with that much.

Your house is like my uncle's house in Texas. His house is huge, many times bigger than my own(and a little nicer), and he paid half of wat we did. Last year there were a bunch of houses being built around the area, he didn't even have a stoplight in the entire town until like a 2 months before we got there.
