Eugene from True life I'm a Street Racer
Just got the Nov. issue of HT and I was reading an article on building a 2.4 L K20A2 and started thinking about how it would feel to bulid an engine and start it for the first time. That made me think of the guy Eugene from MTV's True Life I'm A street Racer show. He had mentioned how much of a rush he got buiding an engine and starting it for the first time. Then the next article has him building an H22 from the bottom and turbo charging it which put out 362 wheel hp and 244 lb-ft of torque. Just thought it was cool to see him in the mag. makes two of us
I know that feeling and it is a great feeling. Me and a buddy built a LS/V-tec (soon to be planted in the Civtegra after it gets some new rings) and when we started it up for the first time in the integra it was awesome. We spent the entire night dropping it in and then finially at 5AM we fired it up and woke up everyone up with the Greddy EVO exhaust and fully built LS/V-Tec[sm=gears.gif]
