eGay continued....I want to buy something off of a guy at ht. I want to do it through paypal or egay. If for some reason he decides to give me the shaft and take the money but no item..how do i know i can get my money back. Ive heard of people not getting money back so is there a way to make sure you do?

I bought a catback off ebay that I wasn't happy with, and was able to get my money back. If you dispute the transaction, he'll have to prove he sent you the item (via tracking number) and that you received it. Otherwise, they will decide in your favor.
