Default E-brake

Does anyone in here know where the E-brake is located on a 03 Civic Ex? I was under the assumption that it was in the rear wheels, would that be correct?

If you have drum brakes, the E-Brake is gonna be conneted to one of the brake shoes. I believe it is the one that faces the rear of the car (secondary shoe). If you have discs, then the E-brake is going to be connected to the caliper next to this thing with a spring on it. The e-brakes should meet at the handbrake in the cabin. Thats how it is in my EG, it could ge different in your car.
