ill do a diy. who do i send it to?

anyway, i used a paper towel and water to clean it... reall good. then i just painted over it verry lightly. the caps have been painted for a few months and no chips. but i finnally finished the wire cover a few days ago. (needed clear coat) its super easy. just make sure that you get the high heat resistant paint. and give it plenty of time to settle. havent had 1 flake.
