Last night me and a bunch of friends went to see X-3 But it was all sold out 
so we decided to watch Davinci Code. and It was Amazing! I Loved it. i want to read the book so badly. has anyone else seen or read the book?

im reading the first book now angels and demons or somethin like that everyone told me to read that one first makes more sense ....people were protesting that movie here where i live on the first day it came out........man i need to get a job were i can protest stuff and have alot of extra time

its not that angles and deamons makes more sense...its just a better book IMO.
im afraid to go see it...the book was great and ive heard the movie doesnt live up to it. i'll prolly see it when its on DVD.

^^well...bad example. the movie wasnt anything like the book. the only reason Chrichton wrote the lost world was because spielberg wanted him to so he could make a movie off of it. he didnt like chrichtons sequel so he based it off of it but changed it drastically.

I went to go see the movie with a friend who had read the book...twice before. She didnt like the movie. So i decided to read the book after seeing the movie. So far the book is better then the movie in my opinon. Im up to about page 420 and will finish it tonight. The Movie was really good, jsut nto as good if you read the book beforehand.

The movie was OK. It was rushed and I really didn't find anything special about it The book was more like a generic fiction book, not impressive to me at all. I could understand why people are protesting. If there was ever a movie that claimed that, say, judaism is false - it would immediately be labeled as anti-semitic and would never be released. Create something, such as "muhhamed code," and you will not only see protests, but people would get killed
