Well, as some of you know I am a smoker. My beautiful Si still has its new car smell because of how little it has been used. So, I simply leave my windows down to air out on sunny days.

Then while Im slammed at work a phucking freak shower comes around. It was pouring so hard it stung. And guess what happened!? Yes, Im am so pissed off. To make it worse the customer dragging his *** around didnt buy anything. [:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

 

Nasty ****, ive done the same thing with my sunroof but always got back before it got to bad. Whats the damage?

 

Thats happened to me before, left the window open on accident and it started to rain. I used a bunch of paper towels. Thats sucks though.

 

+1^ I've done that, but it wasn't water...There was a huge fire that I didn;t know about, and my car filled up with ash.

yeah, the shower thing has happened to me too. I left the moonroof open and the windows half open... it's not pretty at all!!!!

 

sorry to hear that remmy, happened to me before but kinda different, winter time, but was sunny left the sunroof open.... walked into the house to get some food and take a wee wee, came out 15 minutes later it was already 2 inches of snow on the ground, so my car got "snowed in" literally

 

Fortunatly I have a good ole local car wash that took care of it for free with the car wash i bought from them. I gotta say they did pretty good. Still a little damp but im going to buy a bucket or two of de-humidifier tonight. Im also going to park the car in the garage with the windows down and a box fan to circulate the air and what not.

I think that we have all done it once or twice, left the windows open for a bit while you are inside, it starts to rain without you realizing it and then your seats get soaked....

When i saw the title of this thread i thought that the Si was totaled...[&o]

 

that sucks remmy at least they got it out
