True that....Alright guys, I'm gonna get the lawyer. I prolly wont even know what the hell to do in court, but i have a basic understanding.

I got some quotes, I think my best deal so faris 100bux for the the laywer...if my case loses then i have to pay the fees too, but in most cases i dont get the points or insurnace increase according to whom i talked to.

Anyone else use these guys? http://theticketclinic.com/

Why would you get a lawyer on such bs ticket anyhow? You will spend at least $300 on one and it DOES NOT guarantee that you will get out of the ticket. The fact that the cop was on someone else's property is annoying, but it does not concern you. It's not like he was standing on your property. Just og to court and plead "not guilty." For the 2nd court appearance - bring some pics of the place where the cop was hiding.

go to the sight of the ticket, go to where the cop was and photograph his view of the intersection. write down notes about anything that was happening at the time that might have distracted him. when you go to court the judge will ask you if plead guilty or not guilty, don't try to explain, just say not guilty. when asked, explain that you feel that the officer (don't say cop) had an obstructed view and show the photos. Add any other info useful to your case.

I got out of a $100 ticket for an out tail light by going to court, pleading guilty, showing a reciept for a tail light bulb from a gass station a quarter mile up the road, and explaining that I checked my lights before starting the trip. it REALLY depends on the judge, so you may as well take a crack at fighting it.

The red area is where he was positioned on his motorcyle, and one picture is his viewpoint....

The more I look at these, the more I realize he had a clear view

Hes a cop, so hes somewhat honest. Hes not going to write u for running a stop sign if you didnt do it. You obviously did, so man up and pay for your mistake.

However - he did state that he stopped in the original post.

I looked over those pics and I must say that the cop had a perfect view from that position
