My cousin in his sc300 doesn't even blink an eye at most imports let alone hondas. He only races bmw's and mercedes. He's now unhappy with his 400whp and is upgrading to 600. The guy was playing with you end of story. It's like when I laugh hysterically at other imports who try to race me. I laugh because it's no contest that my car will lose. Just like it's not contest you'll lose to an M5.

 

Yeah, $20 says he didn't care he pulled away, nor did he care you were turning. He was driving a 400bhp luxury car (assuming it was an E39) or a 500bhp luxury car (assuming it was an E60); you were driving a honda. Most of the BMW drivers I've talked to don't give a rat's a** about imports.

 

Yup you guys are right. He didnt care to race me despite the fact that he repeatedly turned his head at me. /sarcasm He wanted to race. And yes I do think he felt like an *** after he gunned it to show off his power then realized I wasnt even there anymore. He basically showed off his car for nothing. Like someone said, maybe it wasnt even an M5. It could have easily been badged as an M5 since alot of bmws look the same. He didnt seem that fast.

 

I'm sure he'll add that Honda prelude to his big book of races won. Seriously you are "The Man".

OP, I'm sorry, you MUST be right. I mean, that 4-500bhp car is nothing compared to your prelude.

This isnt a bragging topic. If you could read you would see that I thought he would have owned me. I was not coming in here going OMFG I owned a BMW M5!!! Also he didnt even win to begin with. I stayed ahead of him up until I turned. Even if he wasnt trying he didnt win because I turned when he passed me.

I get what you guys are saying though. He was more then likely messing with me to get my hopes up. Too bad I didnt go all the way cause then he really could add me to his book. Mostly the reason I floored it is because I really wanted to see the power of the M5 in person. Too bad I didnt really get that chance since I let off the gas and had to turn. I did not try to race him thinking I would win. I really just wanted to see how fast he would pass me. I know an M5 would own me I was just kinda surprised he was passing me.

 

Also wtf? I swear people dont know how to read. Where did I ever say my prelude is better then an M5? Please show me I would love to know. I said I know how much more powerful the M5 is then a prelude. I do know one thing though. My prelude is faster then that crappy mustang in your sig.

 

I'm sure it is. The funny thing is that you've never seen my car in person, you've never been around my car, and you've never seen it at WOT. In other words, you're an ignorant douche. See, I know what I can beat and what I can't, and I base my assumptions of what cars are fast off that. I also (usually) don't talk s**t on peoples cars. I believe those are both statements you can't truthfully make.
