I know there have been many posts about car sponsors, well i got my 2nd call from CS.com and they told me that 14 companies were interested in sponsoring my car. Alot of the companies i havn't heard of before, one was something graphics and the only others i remember or heard of was Vertical Doors and Street FX. I still havn't paid the $89 for the contract thing. I'm waiting to see what you guys think.

 

well. like i said before, CS is all show and no go unless youv dumped alot of cash into your car before they get a hold of you. if you still havnt paid for anything thenn i dont see a reason to stop, but im pretty you will end up having to pay. your car doesnt have enough done to it in show or go for them to really wanna fork out money. most peoples dont so dont take it personaly.

well i'm gettin a good job and doing the JDM RHD conversion, w B16A1 and LSD so they were really interested

 

if you have to pay to keep a company interested its not a real sponsorship

 

if its the same one through the mag ads then dont do it. they give u a credit line of say 10,000 dollars but that only goes toward 50% of your purchases. so say you want some rims and you find some through their companies that are 1400 buck, they will pay for 700 and u have to pay the rest. I seen their list of companies and its nothing to jump for. you would have a real hard time spending 2000 through them. so my two cents is dont do it unless you wanna pay the 85 bucks for a sticker and a dvd.

do this. run another aplication under a different name. then basically post something like you have a ford fiesta with hubcap spinners. ill bet someone $10 they will call back griping for $80.
