Bye Bye CRX
sold my crx. in the market for something neato. i found a DA Teg, an SW20 MR2, and am searching for a Hachi Roku. want something old school cool. 80's rocked as far as car designs. anybody got any input? all i require is a/c. i have never had a honda with a/c, but my daughter has to have it if she is gonna ride with me. kids change your priorities. hepp me! hepp me!

otay, so, the teg and the MR2 dont have a/c. i have the parts to put a/c on the teg so that isnt a real issue. mr2 prob isnt going to happen. its n/a, r titled, and has no a/c. it is pretty though. now, the hachi roku is mint except for the fact that the doors dont lock with the ignition key, and the kid doesnt know where the door keys are. not a major issue, but i do keep at least $500 worth of firearm on me/in my car at all times. so, any advice? should i keep looking? im itching for a toy, like today. i hate not having a destructible mode of transportation. honestly, its looking like the corolla is in my furture. its a gts, so its a dual cam 4a-gec. should get ridiculous gas mileage. i emailed the gent who owns it asking a cash price. he said $3500. thats what i want to spend, but should i haggle him down a bit? i honestly would like to put a front lip on it and be done, but lips arent free lol. i dont want to insult him, but i would feel a lot better about paying, say, $3200 for it. its a long drive to get to it, but i dont want to blow my chances on it in an email. yargh, haggling woes. advice my brethren!

yeah, the color of the teg and the style/color of the rims is pretty sexy. the price is even sexier. its one of my two favorite hondas (DA teg and Del Sol), and its the most practical of the two. i have always wanted one. however, AE86??? stock and within reach? STOCK? i know its a full grand more than the teg, and prob a hell of a lot slower, but its a piece of pop culture. theyre ultra rare around here. i detest red, but the car is stock. no silly mods, no trendy decorations. i can tell that i want the corolla the most, but will i enjoy it $1000 more than i will enjoy the integra? thats the biggest question. i emailed the guy and told him i will hand him $3200 cash saturday morning if he will take it. we will see what the verdict is. gonna get a car saturday though no matter what. teg or corolla, i will be satisfied. still, send me some opinions. this may be my last hurrah car toy wise, gotta put a daughter through college so i gotta get to saving!
