Default Buying a rifle - dilemma

I've been itching to buy a rifle. I really love guns and will definitely spend lots of time at the range. I'm not sure what to buy though. I've narrowed it down to these 4, but I will consider any other suggestions. My budget is $500. I kinda like the Beretta, because of the versatility and the fact that it could fire 9mm ammo. The only problem is that it's really pushing the envelope, as far as budget. I might just get a mosin nagant and a yugo AK, since mosin is pretty inexpensive (could be had for around $70).

1. SKS
2. AK47
3. Beretta CX4storm
4. Mosin Nagant

You can never go wrong with an AK. They last forever if you get a real one. But there is a lot of after market support for the SKS. I would pick a AK over the other three any day of the week.

The only gun I would want is a 12 guage shotgun for home protection at least.

The one I was eyeing was a yugoslavian version - should be good

The thing with AK's are that they may be very durable, but they are not very accurate. If your going to to the range choose something that will actually put the rounds where you want them.

+1 i am used to M16A2's as well. I am awsome at the 500yd line.
