anyone going to the beach this summer?me and my wife and son are going to peansacola beach the end of this month i havn;t been to pensacola since hurricane ivan. my aunt and uncle live there its nice . just wandering if anyones going to the beach this year and what beach you are going to

I am going to Destin Beach, FL which is like 2 hours away from Pensacola. I use to Live there and Im going back to visit some old friends.

 

I like Folly Beach in Charleston S.C..My real summer spot is Fripp Island S.C. It has 2 golf courses, a huge beach,Pools,playgrounds,Basketball goals,tennis courts,shops and stores all on a island that is gated from the outside world.So you have to rent a house or like me your Best friends Grandma lives on the Golf course over looking the beach.We just step out the down stairs porch tee up and practice has started.

 

I usually end up at Mission Beach in San Diego atleast once a year.

 

Folly is cool and all but it tends to be a real dump.

 

In Hurricane season when anything gets close by all the beaches around here close down.Folly and edistio dont close They leave the beach open for surfing and boggeyboarding I am a adventurer I love big waves which is nice up in folly.Which I was up there in follly beach at my cousins C of C Grad party yesterday.

I am sure I will head to Daytona Beach a few times, as well as St. Petersburg, and Crescent Beach.. and will spend a few weeks in Jupiter, Florida on the beach as well (Jupiter is where I grew up on the beach)

I'm going to Daytona with my girlfriend and 1 million frat guys and girls from Vinncinnes University...i think in july or sumthin

 

with all the university girls..that sounds like fun already!
