I've been bored as HELL lately. My job cut my hours so I dont work much during the week. Long story short, I broke out my unfinished GT4 game and got hooked again. Since I last playd I have become more appreciative of some of the cars I thought were useless. I started a new game to win them all back. Anyone still play?

 

I played last summer but don't play PS2 that much. I'm waiting for GT5 to come out. 16 player multiplayer + amazing graphics.

Nope, but I've been playing Forza 2. I took a break from it for a while and now it's fun again.

Japanese ver, yea it sucks but it feels so real when your driving.
I just couldn't wait for the U.S. one.

Do you have an HDTV? I hooked up my PS3 to my old as Sony that is not HD and it didn't look very good. Of course, thats from the perspective of someone who plays PS3 eclusively in 1080P. I recommend that if you don't have an HDTV, pick one up. You can get a 36" for around $500-$600. I've seen floor models at Best Buy sell for around that price. Get a service plan and you should be fine getting a floor model. Most likely the PS3 price will drop. The only other thing is that I've heard Sony is going to be dropping all PS2 compatability in the newest PS3 version. Also, IBM has developed a new chip for the PS3 that is 45nm (as oppose to the 65nm it currently is). This is going to reduce the size, power consumption, and hopefully price of the unit. There also a new Blu Ray laser Sony is devoloping for thier laptops that is cheaper and may make its way into the PS3. I forsee a price drop in the future for PS3 but I have no idea when.

 

Ya I still play in spurts of 2 or 3 weeks at a time. I just cant give up my WRX STi or somehting more powerfull.
