well, even if you could, getting an awd tranny that would bolt up to an inline 6 transversely mounted in a compact engine bay meant for an inline 4 would prove to be a b***h. but is it really worth it? i mean why go to all that trouble to replace a freakin red-top SR20DET? i know people who would give important body parts for one of those.

 

I know I would. But I have yet to find a GTI-R for sale stateside... damn U.S. market.
