Yeah, I didn't think we would loose that bad to the czechs. Our only hope is to beat Italy to go to the next round. But, after seeing the italy game today, It would be amazing if we pulled it off.

The US vs. Chezch was a complete and utter domination as I have expected. US never stood a chance. I predict that Italy will dominate the US with even better score, since Italy was always stronger then Chezch republic. I honestly don't think that the US will advance past the 1st round.

The Australia vs Japan game was very interesting and the outcome was a surprise to me. I'm happy for Australia - they did a teriffic job.

I can't wait for Ukraine Vs. Spain game. It should be very interesting, since Ukraine only lost once in the qualifying matches - pretty strong team. Spain is a better team and always has been. I think we all know the potential outcome of that game, but I don't want to jinx them.

I watched part of the italy vs ghanna (sp?) . Seemed like a lot of deliberate fouls on the part of the italians, did anyone else notice that?

yes, i saw the czech and us... i was VERY disapointed. Usa looked like they were 5th graders. They had control of the ball most of the time... but the defense was absolutley **** poor. So **** poor infact that czech was called off sides 10 f'ing times! UCH!

Italians have always played hard defense. That's their tactic.
