holy crap there wasn't a single car on there that took longer than 8.5 seconds to run the quarter. One guy ran it in 6.75 @ 204 mph!!! They even had a Honda Insight running 8's

I honestly couldn't remember so I googled "nopi tunervision 6.75" and this link is what came up.

Thousands of cheering fans were on hand to see Arslanian record a 6.755 second/205.98 mph pass – one of the quickest and fastest passes to date in sport compact drag racing – for his third qualifying pass. The ET and speed records were backed up within one percent by an earlier pass to be recognized as the new NOPI Pro Compact performance standards. As well, they qualified Arslanian on the pole position in front of six other competitors.

.....

Owner/driver Ara Arslanian and his teammate George Ioannou compete in identically prepared tube-framed Toyota Solaras that generate 1,600 horsepower from production based methanol-fueled and turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-6 engines. In only their fourth full year of competition, Bullish Motor Racing swept the top two finishing positions in both NHRA Pro RWD and the NDRA Pro Compact championships. In addition to their dominating finishes, the team also currently holds the quarter mile ET and MPH world records in the NHRA and the NDRA, as well as numerous track records. www.bullishmotorracing.com

Next time something cool is one, can we post it before it airs so some of us who didn't know about it (like myself) can watch it. I always miss the cool stuff.

My apologies. I was at a friend's house anyway, with no access to a computer.
