isnt the fine like 500 bucks for people that get caught setting fireworks off? since theyre illegal in maryland, only way the cops catching me is with a copter... glad ur alright

 

That's exactly what I was tryin to show when I said Military Grade C4, but Civtegra said it more bluntly. (and btw, everyone knows we can't just go out and buy C4)

 

i worked with your typical "screw the govt, ill set off fireworks if i want to"...police rolled up as he desperately tried to snuff out an M100...he now has 2 fingers on his right hand....thats why theyre illegal...i wont lie, i got them for my friends when i was legally posessing them...but my friends knew that if they had stuff, they would nto be all loaded up when playing with them...so it was supervised stupidity...

civicboy01...in some states the little fireworks are legal....but in MI, and PA, they are not...i think they are legal in kentucky...

but anyway, to obtain a permit to posess them in PA, you have to take a test. once you pass that test, you have to present reason to posess, which in my case was a pay stub from the company, and proof of ID. Once you have the permit, you can have them on your person...but you cant transport them. to transport them, you have to have a CDL and a hazmat permit. PLUS...once you have your permit to have the explosives AND your hazmat tags AND your tags to transport explosives, you are required to plot out your path of travel from your start point to your end point, and along that path, you cannot come within 500 feet of a police station, a gov't office, a post office, any major bridges, and NO tunnels. These rules can be bent a bit, but you must have clearance WAY in advance and you must have a police escort to violate any of the above restrictions, and im sure that im forgetting some. When transferring explosives through public streets you are, at all times, subject to immeadiate drug and alcohol screenings without warning.

My uncle was my boss, and he did george bush's electrion ceremonies back in the day, and before entering the area where the president was, he had to go through a full body search, and the CIA and FBI had members to be present at all times. one guy carried around a thick blck binder, and my uncle made a joke about them knowing about him, and they produced his school records, and work records...everything that he had ever done that was documented was in a series of binders...they even went so far as to be able to tell him where his wife and kids were at that exact moment...as they were being monitored as well.
