If that car was in my driveway I would have it on the road for cheap, there is no frame dammage simply because a civic has no frame. If you have seen pics of my wrecked 98 sedan you would know that it was/is ALOT worse than that and I came very close to fixing it.

That peice does not come out.. it is part of the UniBody, or "FRAME"
that crossmember, is badly buckled, and as I said before, no body/frame shop will touch it because it is a suspension mounting point.
If you still think you can get it back on the road, safely, come get it $750 cash.. it's driveable.
if you have a fix for this I'd really be interested to know what it is..
