24 Year old shot dead by police officer

Forgot to mention...
It said the guy sprung up and raised his hands in the air at the same time. The officer was still on the ground.
After wrestling with the officer, don't you think that from the officer's perspective that springing up in the air and starting to raise your arms can appear that you are raising a weapon? Keep in mind that the cop is still on the ground. Perfect time to raise a weapon too, with the other person still on the ground.

You do have a point there Trust.
Never thought about that.
Like one of the cops I was talking to about it earlier today said. We haven't heard all sides of the story. Theres still probably alot of information.

It might be easier, faster, and more effective to just challenge him to an online video game duel.

I'd lose. I have a life and don't play video games. Last game I played was Doom 2 back when it was popular.

When the guy raised his hands, the cop might have seen it as a threat and shot him. Basically what trust said. But it doesn't really matter now, the guy is dead, the cop if f***ed cause hes gonna loose his job probably and get sued by the victims family (cause they shot their perfect angel son) and they will end up living in a new house. This is how these kinds of things ends, the family makes millions and another cop loses his job.

96, fill this out.
$20 says there's more to the story than the media is letting us believe and witness testimony isn't always accurate, especially in a society where the majority of the citizens are not a huge fan of law enforcement.
