So I went out with the g/f Friday and watched the new "Cars" movie. I have to say it was very good. Laughed my *** off more than a few times. What was even more crazy was how they referenced the city I currently live in (Shakopee). Lots of people say it's animated and a movie for kids....well I think it was geared more for adults than kids. Anyway, it was well worth the money IMO.

 

i think i will save my money and wait till the fast and the furious 3 comes out.. lol

speaking of ff3 i sort of want to see it cuz come on it's cool cars, hot chic's, and bad acting what more could you want! hahaha and i def. want to see cars! it look awesome.

 

Larry the cable guy ( gitter dun !) does one of the voices but I don't know which character/car he does. I like animated movies.I'll probably buy the dvd. What do you think the best animated movie is? I liked aeon flux (spelling?)

 

Cars was hysterical. It was for kids, but Pixar teamed with Disney knows that parents are the ones taking the kids to the movie so they included a lot of sublimonal humor to keep them happy. The best part was Governor Arnold the Humvee. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone, its top notch. Plus it just looks so pretty; they even had "marbles" coming up off of the race track.

Leco516, I hope youre not talking about the Aeon Flux with Charlize Theron, that movie was horrible, but the cartoon that used to run on MTV was killer. Tis a shame.
