Default Yellowish Discolored Headlights

My daughter's 97 Civic has one really cloudy (exterior of lens) headlight and one clear. How can I get the yellowish discoloration off lens? I've seen many Hondas with same problem. I found a guy in Yellow Pages that can "delaminate" lens pair for $50.00, said they'de look like new. Any good solutions out there?

Mr Clean Magic Eraser? Other than that I have no clue (and yellowish headlight lenses look terrible, IYAM).

just buy a new light (or new set of lights) on ebay. That's what I did and they look a million times better. $50 to clean the old one ain't worth it, you can have a brand new one for that much $$ or less.
