the temperature outside doesn't make a difference in how well the adhesive works. the one thing that will make it harder is the humidity in the air. so if it's raining or snowing outside, that means it takes a lot longer for the tint to dry.
also, be sure to check with the shops to make sure they guarantee the tint they use, in case it turns purple or fades. i mean, purple windows are pretty and all, but not when they should be black.

i paid about $140 (canadian) for mine..and i got it dun in late winter when it was still freezing and snow, the only problem was that it took longer to dry, there was some little bubbles but you bring it back and they will take em all out in 5 min..make sure you get a tint with lifetime warranty so it dosent change into purple after a year
