ok guys Ill keep that in mind.. I don't know if it would even be smart to put a body kit on my car. it already sits supper low and I had to get bigger wheels to lift it up a bit just to get up and down my drive way

LOLLLLL thats not low. but no that bumper wont fit. even if its intended to fit 99-00, it won't fit right, ittl have terrible fitment and look gross. throw it out, and go to certifit and get new bumpers and such. it's not that bad on money the moneys guna be in painting it. That bumper will never flow properly with that car. with any car even. I'm sorry your cars wrecked, but its deffenitly a nice si, with a little love itll look bomb.

I got the new front fenders and new stock bumper last night.. Just gotta get a hood and radiator this Saturday and then get the stuff painted and the front will be done... sigh... trying to make progress on it and not seeing any yet is draining me lol... thanks for all the comments and suggestions.

The differences are hard to point out when the pieces are off the car. However, the headlights are different on the 99-00 than the 96-98. Thus, everything that "touches" the headlights is a little different (bumper, fenders, hood, grill).
Unless, I am unaware of an easier method, it would be difficult to see the differences... especially with nothing next to it to compare it to.

how does certifit work. i went to there website and all i could get was a pdf file. and thats about it.
