Default Will a 99-00 si gauge cluster fit?

Will a 99-00 si gauge cluster be a direct replacement for my 96 civic ex 5 spd gauge cluster. If i do have to modifiy it to fit what is it I have to do. I think this would make my instrument panel look much better.

don't botehr turning back the miles, you can actually swap out the speedo part, of the cluster, and still retain your tach, and milage
