Whats is the main difference in terms of appearance between a 1999 Civic Hx and LX?
I just got my '99 Honda HX. Seems like a great ride for commuting 80 miles each day - i got a question. Is there any difference, strictly in terms of looks between the '99Honda HX and LX? Is the back of the HX smaller? just curious.

exactly the same...
physical appearance might get down to as little as colored body moulding, but I think the LX has black moulding as well, so same body style, same shape etc
there are subtle differences between the front & rear ends of a 98 to 99, but within the same year, there should be nothing.
Especially between DX/LX/HX. The EX models I know for a fact have paint matched side mouldings.
