wow, steve, i'm not trying to call you out here, but seriously man, what are you thinking?

1. chrome looks like sheot on any (ANY) civic
2. anything over 17" wheels on a civic aren't practical
3. and like stated before, leave the chromin with the duece duece's in the dirty south.
4. and yes, everyone is entitled to their opinion
5. i can show you a million civics with chrome that look like sheot

^ Actually, I know a guy with a white EG coupe that has those rims. They don't look half bad in person IMO.



^ Nice. Take a picture from Sport Compact Car's website and display it negatively. They were going for an "American Muscle" look, hence the flames after they painted the Blue EM1 black, but at 25 or so pounds each, they replaced those rims with something lighter and smaller.

I guess it just depends on personal preference a little more than you guys want to admit.

I'd never put a bling set of rims on my car, but the white coupe I see around town is probably one of the nicest here. I just don't like his loud exhaust he has on it.

 

i wouldn't set your standards according to local cars

you know, like it wouldn't be a good idea to set your standards accordingto local cars in 'little mexico'

 

Don't make assumptions as to how I set my standards from my simply stating that the one particular car I have seen doesn't look half bad with those rims on it.

honestly, i could care less who gives a **** about my car. a lot of people on this forum don't like my car one bit. i make my ride what i want it to like. and from your previous posts, you've been relating everything to cars you've seen in your area, so without you saying anything else, that's what i'm assuming.

and no, you stating that you like my car would not suddenly make everything fine and dandy.
