outside especially if your really keeping it as a "clean" look. it don't blend, unless you got the rice-look to suprise the crowd with.

The only neon I like is in the car... I don't have any in my Civic but on my last car (Cavaqueer) I had them in the foot well things, they were up far enough where you didnt see the tubes, just the flood of light came out, looked pretty cool. And if you do interior lights, don't do the walmart cigarette lighter splitter lol, looks awful having wires like that, wire it the right way, I had airplane switches for mine. I had strobe lights in my head lights wired up too lol, my brother in law put 'em in when he had the car. Other place neons CAN look okay is to light up subs... but showing off subs isn't always the smartest since that's how they get stolen.

But underglow I see as pointless. When I go out driving with my friends and we go to the parking lot where the tuners hang out, nobody there has underglow, you don't impress people with underglow. Pop the hood and show something impressive (if you have have something worth showing off), don't light up the ground beneath you.

agreed.. lighting up the grownd dont impress no one, but lighting up the inside of the car can look clean when its not overdone
