Default TYC projectors and HID's

Hey, I just bought some TYC projectors for my '00 Civic. I also purchased a 6000K HID coversion kit to go with it. If there is anyone out the with the same set up or something similar I would greatly appreciate some advice on how the setup should go. The first problem I ran into is the HID (H3) bulb is just barely TOO big to fit in the projector housing. There looks like there could be a small little tab that I could shave down or drill out that would allow me to turn the bulb sideways and fit it in... Also the back cover piece that covers the bulb housing, do you drill a hole in that to allow the wiring to come through and seal with the rubber grommet but still attach to the housing? Any help, advice or picswould be awesome. Thanks.

The headlights you bought use a different bulb. So you got the wrong bulb

Before I purchased them I asked the seller of the headlights what bulb it takes he said H3. The HID kit has a sticker right on it that says H3-6000K ??? Obvioulsy I know they are different bulbs. I know what a stock halogen H3 bulb looks like and I know what a HID bulb looks like.

no your fine....
what these projector manufactures do is make the wholes alittle smaller so HID bulbs wont fit in them, which they dont recomend... so for warente issues they do this. a simple dremel the holes alittle larger and they will fit just fine. just be sure to shake all the cut material out of the headlight housings....

its very common for most projectors.

Anymore suggestions?? I'm kind of agreeing with Addiction. For the record, is the low beam bulb in the TYC an H3 or H1?
