Default TBon3's Teg - Lotsa Pics

I hope you guys don't mind that I'm bringing my teg here into the forum... Most of you probably don't know me, I usually just post in the Chop Shop.

Sold the 98 Civic my family owned and got a '95 Teg SE. Reppin' the automatic since it's a daily driver. The reason for selling is because I needed something that could haul my bass equipment (like a hatchback) but I still wanted something sporty that I could work on.

The car is dark green with tan leather interior. I don't like tan interior, but since it was leather I made an acception.

Exterior

Whoever painted this thing was a freakin' moron. It's really faded, there's some drips on the doors, waves in the fenders, and scuffs of white on the spoiler. If I run into some extra money I will get it painted.

Stock everything! First exterior upgrades will be projectors. Not diggin' the foggy stock head lights. I want to drop it, not a fan of the atrocious wheel gap, but I will never have enough money to drop it . Gonna tint with my next paycheck.

Interior

Like I said, tan leather. It's all pretty clean. I got an aftermarket stereo put in today, but I don't have pics yet. I plan on hooking up a Bazooka EL Series preamped sub I picked up for free from a guy at my dad's work, and getting some new door speakers because I'm pretty sure mine are blown.

Wheels

Rockin' the fat fives. I'm gonna paint the calipers and drums sometime, but I'm just gonna wash them and paint them black since I have nothing to show off.

Engine

Boooone stock. Wanna paint the valve cover and get a CAI or SRI to match. I would consider I/H/E, but right now I'm not of anything that will fit in my budget. I also don't want a fart can. Can anyone suggest a good exhaust system that doesn't require waking up my neighbors?

As you can tell from the other pictures, I cleaned the ride today (Bought it Monday night) but I have no idea how to clean the engine bay, so I didn't. Any easy methods?

nice upgrade, maybe you can have the pleasure of an ls/vtec in your future. as for the engine bay, a lot of elbow grease. just get a bucket of soapy water (like washing the outside) and scrub everything. most cleaners deteriorate the unfinished paint leaving the paint very thin. just clean all the plastic and let dry and use plastic-x or armorall. then use the diy for the valve cover paint.

I thought so too, but I read up on it, and SE (Special Edition) is just basically the engine of an LS in the body of a GSR. Meaning it has leather, sun roof, fully loaded and all that.

Update: Aftermarket Stereo

looks good, tan interiors are still good and are easy to use black leather inserts and accents.

On that note, I need new floor mats, but I don't think black mats would looks very good. Black, but I think that's too much. Gotta find a place to get tan integra mats.

How do I add photos to my gallery?
