ORIGINAL: TheMoogly

I have NOKYA brand hi beams because they are waaay bright enough. For the fog lamps, however, I will be getting HIDs but maybe 6k
Those HID's that have your Mercedes are BRIGHT!!! Did you manage to get a shot of the three cars to see the difference of 4k, 6k and 8k?
Hope your wife doesn't mind!

Oh yeah, totally forgot! I'll do it in a couple hours when it gets darker.... yeah, the HIDs in the benz really show the brightness while the civ has the color... I didnt need a new ballast kit for the benz so I just got a really nice pair from a german shop in portland that costed me about 100 bucks total and they start blue on power up, but then keep getting brighter and brighter... the Audi is my wife's and she hates me touching it so it is all stock on that car... but still waay better than the benz and civic put together!!! What i would love to do is get the feature the audi has and make the lights turn along with the wheels... they also go upwards when going uphill and vice versa... if ebay sold it I'd buy it!

Also another thing... if you are getting hi beams remember they are H3 and not H4... i bet you already know but I just looked at my old OEM ones in my closet and i saw it.... I am trying to figure out how to raise the bulbs on my projectors... it is tough so I am looking at my old ones to see how far I should turn em! I just dont wanna ruin anything

Yeah I took the pics but I posted it on a new thread so everyone would be able to see... It is the one at the top of this forum called "These are real HID Kits LOOK!". I would have posted it on this one but since we started this one, there has been like 3 questions on the same topic so I started a new one! Check it out!
