sir trunk spoiler

Default sir trunk spoiler

hey i bought a sir spoiler for my 97 dx. and i want to put it on. but i have no idea how to do this. and idont want to mess up my trunk lid. so if anyone knows .. if u could please show me or make a diy i would really appreciate it thanks in advance!!!

well, if you don't want to mess up your trunk, you can cut the bolts off the spoiler and use double-sided tape to attach it to your trunk lid. Okay, seriously... don't try it... it could fly off at high speeds...

If you're worried about messing up your trunk lid, I'd take it to a professional... you don't want to drill holes in the wrong spot

yea but i dont want to pay like 50 bucs for sumthing i could do though.. im riskin it .i think ima take off the trunk lid and do it in the house dat way its more confortable i guess

Yeah, I think taking the trunk lid completely off would be the best way... I'd recommend you make sure everything's absolutely perfect before you drill the holes... holes are pretty hard to fill with bondo... good luck anyway

is it look like the SI spoiler?
my paint shop installed it for me, well i was there to help out...
5 holes, its easy to do with the HOLE template. which i dont have, but i had the instruction
go to handaacessories.com and look for the PDF file format instruction.

thanks and yes it look like the si spoiler and it came with the hole template (if a hole template is the rubber dat helps u drill the holes)
