sidemarker help
#16
ok guys, i am ready to install some JDM sidemarkers. Planning to buy them from PasswordJDM with the wiring harness. i just pm'd basbal, hopefully i get a response soon. if not then i'll just order straight from passwordJDM. Have a couple questions left before i do this.
1. Should i go with amber or smoked amber?
2. this is the template i found for the sidemarker. is this the correct one. Does it work for both sides?
3. as for wiring, how should i wire?

i was thinking about option 3

did you use a dremel to cut the hole? i found this DIY http://talkjdm.com/showthread.php?t=518 and they used a metal nibbler, which should i use? i plan to get the smoked amber now. just waiting for basbal to pm me back with the price. not sure what i kind of deal i can get from him. Don't think he frequents this forum much anymore. its about 9 dollars shipping on passwordjdm.

i pm'd basbal and got a reply still waiting on him for the exact price shipped. I'm also ordering the wiring harness as well. I send basbal the link to this thread so hopefully he'll post here for the other people that are interested in buying as well.
this is the best DIY install i can find. http://talkjdm.com/showthread.php?t=518
can anyone confirm that the template and the measurements on the placement is correct? and should i use a dremel or the metal nibbler to cut the hole. i have a dremel already but if a metal nibbler is easier to work with then i will spend the $10 to get one.
