You might be able to just fabricate some brackets to make them fit but I Believe you have to swap out the seat pans with s2000 seat pans also not 100% sure on that though. It isnt as hard as it sounds. Google it, Im sure something will pop up.

yes you can, the metal pans on the bottom of the seat will swap directly over to the S2000 seat and you can use your factory rails that came in the Civic. There is a DIY on H-T i will see if i can find the link
EDIT: this is for an EK but it should get you started, pretty much the same thing

Well... S2ks are 2 seaters so I'm guessing they're not reclinable? Sucks if you're puting them in a coupe.

Oh I see...
I'm going to the junkyard this week... I'm gonna look for integra seats or s2k seats then. Integra seats preferably so I don't have to do all that work.
This junkyard makes you pay a dollar to get in... you have to sign a waiver saying that you won't get hurt and you can take whatever you want. Gotta take your own tools of course.
