rookie paint question

Chances are it was already wetsanded.

Orangepeel is when you see a slight uneven ness to the paint if you will. Also you may see dust particles etc stuck in the paint. If none of this is there, and the paint is completely smooth, count yourself lucky, the job is already done.

I know this sounds pretty obvious but they call it orange peel because that's what it looks like, the surface of an orange. It's often caused my improper coverage.
