ORIGINAL: riceburner700

How long did they take to install and did you need any special parts or any replacement parts?

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Cost was approx. $48 to my door. A little pricey, but well worth it now. Installation time was about 1.5 hours, only because I didn't know what I was doing--could probably do it in 15 minutes now. Everything snapped apart pretty easy. Once the gauge cluster was out, I had to take the clear and black plastic covers and slip the gauges over. Not fun or pretty, the needles went all over the place and I was sure I had roasted my gauge needles. Everything works though. Only real modification was stripping about 1/2" of the plastic tips from the wires from the gauge control box, so I could wrap it around a 12v source. The ground went to a bolt on the frame, and I wrapped the positive directly around the 12v amber light bulb twistie on the back of the cluster. Ghetto, but it works beautifully. Now they only come on when my lights do--instead of wiring them directly to a constant 12v source.

Damn, I knew I should have taken pics and made a tutorial. [&:]

all of you guys got ripped off, I only paid like $10 plus $4 shipping for these.

Then I bought another set for the same price and mix/matched them to the ones I allready had.
