RE: problems with lambo door kits?
coming from someone who has a set, i would say the only problems i have had with them is the wiring harness, and the hydraulics. The wiring tends to get chaffed in the movement of the door, and in the cold, the hydraulics go out making the doors a huge hassle. Overall, i have gotten more looks than i can imagine, and I do love them, but be expecting at least a yearly maintenance, unless you can find a way to go wireless. Also, and this is major, ANYTIME YOU GO SOMEWHERE AND LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM, YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM IT HAS LAMBO DOORS, AND SHOW THEM HOW TO WORK THEM, or it will bend the fender if they are opened too much. I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions feel free to ask. Oh, redline is making a hinge now too that is a dual hinge, meaning it opens out normal, and you flip a switch and it goes up. It is nice, but slightly more flimsy than the vertical doors kit one. Hey, lets all play nice on here.
