Power wire in cig lighter (92-95s)

Is the white wire with a blue stripe, yes? I'm guessing so...but I'd rather not splice into it and be wrong. I figure oodles of you know already :P

The circuit diagram for the 92 Civic indicates that the Yel/Red wire is hot:
