Porsche style rear end? Whale tail?
I have a 94 EX that I spun into a tree and has a crushed rear-end. I want to fabricate a rear end following the slope of the rear glass and add tail lights. I was thinking some cutting, welding, fiberglass, and sanding. I know what I want it to look like but am looking for ideas. Basically I just want to have a project and salvage a wrecked car. The car runs and drives great but there is some unibody damage I will have to work out. Any ideas?

RE: Porsche style rear end? Whale tail?
I wish I had pics to show you guys what I mean. I had to remove the trunk lid to gain access to the trunk. I pushed most of the metal (sides) to its original location with a 2x4 and a jack. I know it sounds cheesy but it worked. I did see a fiberglass trunk lid online but its about $300. I figured it would be fun to try and fix. Otherwise I dont think I'd get more than $400-500 for it. Everything runs great but has been sitting for a few years. I need a new driver seat because it was twisted to a 45 degree angle. I dont know anything about metal fabrication or fiberglass but I'm sure I could figure it out. I'm thinking of using angle iron for the structure where there is no trunk lid and chopping of the corners to follow the line of the back glass. If I screw it up then I could always start over. Any other suggestions?
