Opinions and Suggestions Please

To swap out the front bumper, you'll need the entire 99/00 front end: bumper, hood, headlights, grille, fenders. Everything bolts right up though.
If you're just looking for sound, a short-ram intake and cat-back exhaust should work fine; pick up a cheap ebay short-ram intake, go to autozone and get a universal K&N or AEM cone filter, and it'll work the same as a brand-name intake at less than half the price.
But if you're looking for a subtle front lip, I'd recommend the one I posted before; it's extremely subtle, but it makes a big difference.

ohhh okay yeah i like that front end reaper i just wanna see what other options are. I definitely don't want to convert my whole front end so I'm thinkin I'll get the one you suggested or something similar. Does the stock si front lip have housing for fogs? Would that even fit my car without redoing the front end?
Thanks for the tip on an sri and exhaust that'll save me alot of money and hopefully get me what I'm lookin for.
And as far as the paint goes I totally get what youre saying plethoric33 but as a matter of personal taste I like the look of the black trim.
Also I'm a pretty handy guy but I know virtually NOTHING about whats under the hood of a car. But do you think a noob like me could handle a simple sri installation?
