Default My First Mod (Updated Pics)

I got my windows tinted today. I decided to go with the metalized reflective tint to give a hint of the mirrored look.
I went with 37% on all the side windows and 28% on the rear with a 28% sun strip on the top of the windshield.

It looks lighter on a grey and rainy day like it was today, but gets darker with the sunlight. I made the guy a deal to do it for the price he wanted as long as he put on the sun strip and cut it to match the curve of my windshield instead of just a straight bottom on it.

Here's some pics, and I'll take some another day when it's sunny out so you can see the difference.

Thanks, DJ and SlowHatchGirl.

It cost me $373CAN (about $298US) because it doesn't have any dye at all in it, reflects the most heat, metalized (hence the slight mirrored effect), and guaranteed for life.

Yeh, they told me not to roll em down for 10 days because of what the weather is like (humid), so that the adhesive will dry up.

10 days seems a bit excessive, but i wouldn't want to pay any more money to have them fix an "oops". now people won't get to see you when you pick your nose.

I'm gettin a good paycheck Friday, and I gotta figure out what to buy next.

I'm thinkin of an alarm first, before I sink any cash into it in case it gets stolen, and the remote start would be nice for our cold winters. (I just hate coming outa my igloo to a cold car!)

Then strut bars (FU, RU, RL), and some kind of grille for below my front bumper.
