That can be easily changed in tuning. Mine was re-set to 8200rpms although it was pointless for me to go that high with such a small turbo, and no head work

Also on the ridejudge. com site it says it is a 1996 and the dyno sheet says 2000.
I, like most people on here are going to need some serious proof.

i'm sorry to be lash out, but you can't go by what someone else claims on that car, he probably gave you a false dyno sheet in order to sell the ride easier. so i'm going to call the bs flag for now. until you get a video of you driving with what flip said, i don't believe it, the engine almost looks untouched except for the "turbo". i also find it very su****ious that you're car can't be driven right now because there's something wrong with your brakes. if you prove me wrong, then oh well, i just see this as very fishy, probably because your knowledge in this department is limited, at least from what you have shown so far.
