^^ no its not not it is legal to do that as long as your the owner of the car but i still think its dumb to do so

ok cuz i read somewhere it is illegal. i want to replace it with a new integra type 2 steering wheel cuz they're like a ton smaller than the civic's that i have

In N.Y. its not illegal, but you must tell your insurance, and its easy as hell to put it on.

not to add to whole which is safer argument, but how is not driving reckless supposed to keep you safe from other crazy drivers that are prone to wrecking?? just something to think about.

^^ x2 most accident are by driver error who say you will be the outcome of someone else's error

^^ umm yeah, thats what i pretty much said a page ago. But hey! It's his life.

And it's not a question of which is safer, rather if he wants a nicer looking steering wheel, or if he wants the safer steering wheel. If you do go with the steering wheel, then the instant before getting hit head on, your gonna be like "sh*t i shouldn't have swapped them."
